orbis/ workflow/ post-call crm updates
Free reading This is a full open architecture for how to build this workflow with agents. Use it. Run with it. Build it yourself on Orbis SaaS, or have us deploy it for you — either path is fine.
01.the problem前提

What this actually looks like.

observed pattern

Reps avoid logging calls. Always have. The CRM rots from the inside: stale contact data, missing next steps, opportunities stuck in stages nobody updated. Managers operate on fiction. Forecasts are negotiation, not analysis.

You bought Gong or Chorus to fix this. The transcripts exist. The synthesis back into the CRM still doesn't happen.

02.the architecture構造

How you'd actually build it.

Each step is its own agent-or-pipeline component. Don't try to do this in one giant prompt — the failure modes compound.

  1. Capture every sales call
Watch the calendar plus recording tool (Gong, Chorus, Zoom, Fathom). Every call that touches a CRM opportunity gets transcribed and tagged.
  2. Extract the right fields
From the transcript: attendees, decision-makers identified, objections raised, next steps agreed, deal sentiment, commercial signals.
  3. Write back to the CRM
Update opportunity with notes and stage change if warranted. Create next-step task with date. Update contact records. Append clean call summary.
  4. Hand the rep the follow-up
Slack DM within 5 min of call end. Draft follow-up email pre-written. One click to ship. CRM hygiene becomes a side-effect of doing their job.
03.the stack構成

What it runs on.

No vendor lock-in. Every piece is replaceable. The orchestration outlasts the model — when Claude 5 or GPT-6 ships, swap the model, keep the pipeline.

04.the math数字

What this actually returns.

Calibrated to mid-market scale (50–1000 staff, $1M–$200M revenue). Your numbers will vary; the framework gives you the order of magnitude to plan against.

selling time per rep
+5–8 hrs/wk
Across a 10-rep team at $60/hr loaded, $150k–$240k a year recovered.
crm data quality
+60–80%
Field completeness measured. Forecasts go from fiction to estimate.
follow-up speed
−95%
Hours-to-follow-up drops from days to minutes. Win rates lift.
