Orbis for talent managers

Every client. Every brand deal. Every payment. Nothing slips.

Orbis is an AI Chief of Staff for talent managers.

Quick answer

Orbis is an AI Chief of Staff for talent managers. It tracks gigs and brand deals across your roster, chases late payments, drafts outreach to brands and casting directors, and briefs you before every call so you walk in ready. Works in Slack and Gmail. Starts at $50 per month.

How Orbis helps

What Orbis actually does for talent managers.

Brand outreach that compounds without burning you out

Orbis drafts pitches to brands and casting directors using context from your roster, past wins, and the brand's current campaigns. You review, you send. Volume goes up without the writing becoming generic.

Payment chase across labels, brands, and platforms

Net 60 turns into net 120 if nobody chases. Orbis tracks every invoice across every client, pings AP teams on a cadence, and flags accounts that have gone silent. You see what is owed, what is late, and what is at risk.

Pre-call briefings in 30 seconds

Before every call, Orbis sends you a brief: who the client is, what is open with them, last three emails, payment status, next steps. You stop opening five tabs to remember what is going on.

Questions

What talent managers ask before they sign up.

Does Orbis replace my CRM or roster spreadsheet?
No. Orbis reads from Gmail, Slack, and your calendar. If you keep a roster sheet, Orbis can sync to it. Most managers find they need the spreadsheet less once Orbis is running.
Can Orbis pitch brands on my behalf?
It drafts. You approve. For high-trust brand relationships you can flip on autopilot for follow-ups, but cold pitches always go through your review by default.
How does Orbis handle sensitive client information?
Each talent manager account runs in an isolated database on Cloudflare Workers. No shared customer data. You can revoke any integration at any time and export your data on request.
Do you support Microsoft Teams or only Slack?
Slack and Gmail are fully supported today. Microsoft Teams is in beta. If you run on Teams, sign up and we will route you into the Teams beta cohort.
What if a client wants to talk to Orbis directly?
By default, Orbis is behind the scenes. For custom installs we can configure a client-facing concierge, scoped to specific clients and topics.
