Does Orbis work with Microsoft Teams and Outlook?
Outlook is fully supported. Microsoft Teams is in beta. Most family offices run on Microsoft 365, so we built Teams support as a priority. Sign up and we will route you into the Teams beta with extended trial.
How does Orbis handle confidentiality for a family office?
Each office runs in an isolated database on Cloudflare Workers. No shared customer data. You can revoke any integration at any time and export your data on request. For high-sensitivity offices we recommend a custom install with additional controls.
Does Orbis replace Addepar, Salesforce, or our reporting platform?
No. Orbis sits next to those tools. It reads from Outlook or Gmail and Teams or Slack, and if needed connects to your reporting platform via API. The reporting tool keeps the records. Orbis runs the conversations around them.
Can staff have different access levels?
Yes. Role-based permissions. The principal sees everything. Assistants see what they need. External advisors see what you explicitly share.
Do you offer a private-tenant deployment?
