No. Orbis sits next to your event platform. It reads from Gmail, Slack or Teams, and the platform if it has an API, then handles the communication layer on top.
How does Orbis handle simultaneous events?
Each event is its own context. Orbis keeps the vendors, sponsors, and attendee lists scoped to the right event. You can run as many concurrent events as you need.
Can Orbis send messages directly to attendees?
By default, no. Orbis drafts and you send. For high-volume events we can configure automated send for non-sensitive comms like venue logistics or schedule changes.
Does Orbis work for non-English events?
Yes, drafts and replies in any major language. The interface is in English.
Is this for corporate events only, or do you support weddings and private events?
Corporate and B2B events are our focus today. Private and wedding event planners typically run on WhatsApp and iMessage; we support those workflows via custom install through Solutions, not self-serve.
